Dear West Virginia Educator,

We are proud to announce the first annual Upper Ohio Valley Multicultural Festival on June 29 from 1:00 – 8:00.  This free family-friendly event is perfect for adults and children of all ages.  There will be food from around the world, art and craft vendors, live entertainment throughout the festival, and free activities.  Some of the free activities include:

• Face painting
• Balloon art
• Fort Henry Days exhibit
• Bouncy (inflatable) toy
• Wheeling Fire Department safety truck and van
• Around the World Carnival and prizes
